Hooray, I went back to work today! I felt kind of weak still, and I get tired easy, but otherwise feeling pretty good. Time again for my once a week accountability blog. Okay, this week sucked. It went out to do that five miler, bit it after three (I hadn't eaten all day, go figure. No gas = no run, duh nbs) And when I got back my shins were fakakta (i just like that word today) so boom, injury means no running. Grand total for the week, six lousy miles. Blech. Gotcha! Sorry, it was just too good a title to pass up on. This is my log for the week, to report how well I did on my running slash dietary improvements. Basically the idea is that if I don't do my running, I'm accountable and will be horribly embarassed. Plus you'll know how fat I really am. Ha! So here it is. First week, Mon-Sun. What the hell happened? I went from well ripped to well rumped. Bleah. Time to do something about it. I got off my running schedule back in March with the pneumonia and have been putting it off. Well, my waistband is saying hello, and my scale is saying I gained 2 lbs a month since then. So I hereby make myself publicly accountable on wahines diet blog site. Seems like only a year ago I was keeping accountability of my running on-line. Oh. Yeah. Right. So, about 190 and dropping. Interesting fact, most people in America believe that they gain 5 lbs over the holidays and then lose it later. The truth is slightly more insiduous. Most people only gain one pound over the holidays each year.............But they never lose it again!!!!!!!! S'true. Well, this time I at least did the important part. I've been running and eating right. Just not posting about it like I was supposed to for, I dunno, about 3 or 4 weeks. As opposed to vice-versa.
