mmmmmmm........curry..................

Right now I've got wonderful yumaliscious yellow thai curry cooking, and I'm listening to possibly the finest Christmas album ever, Bob River's I am Santa Claus. Currently blaring is O Llittle Town of Bethlehem to the House of the Rising Sun, and I am Santa Claus, a brilliant and witty take off of Ozzy's I am Ironman.

My wife is dancing through the kitchen singing Walkin' Round in Women's Underwear, and it's warm fuzzys all over. But mostly I just wanted to gloat, because I'm having curry, and you're not. Maybe. I think. mmmm. yeah, so there.

And I'm gonna watch the new Dawn of the Dead, hooray!!!! Watchya got cooking? Current music? (old crow and diet dr. pepper does not count as a meal......maybe if you add jello shots, or kahlua and ice cream............)

I just had a chilli tofu stirfry (i love it, most wouldn't) and am sitting down with a cup of tea. Listening to Stone Temple Pilot's 'Purple' for a walk down memory lane.

Saw Dawn of the Dead at the cinema. Not a horror fan, so I wasn't too fussed. An English comedian has made his own version called 'Shaun of the Dead' - supposed to be hilarious if you can get your hands on it.

Enjoy!

I saw 'Shaun of the Dead' a couple of months back and thought it was terrible. If you want a horror comedy I'd recommend 'Childs Play 4 - Bride of Chucky'. Yes, you too can reanimate a corpse with 'Voodoo for Dummies'!

Walkin' Round in Women's Underwear

Can anyone hear the song Winter Wonderland without the words "walking 'round in women's underwear" coursing through their minds during the chorus anymore?? I know I can't!!!!

On that note, I've always wondered why this song is considered a Christmas Song anyway?? It mentions neither Christmas, nor any of the trappings or trimmings of it.

I guess Winter and Christmas are just synonymous to some. lol

BTW, I must repectfully disagree, the Trans Siberian Orchestra CDs are the greatest Christmas albums. It is just truly sad that Jon Oliva's brother (original guitarist for Savatage) never lived to add his talent to them.
