Where the heck did my manage custom links go?

Bam, I clicked on "My account" as usual, to clean up my links, and the manage my custom links option isn't there anymore. Anyone know what's going on? Has it been moved? Temporarily revoked?
Thanks in advance, I hope.

The thing about that is sometimes, it seems, JU puts you into a kind of semi-logged in/out status. This happens to me almost daily. It most often happens when I open multiple browsers with JU pages. You'll know when this happens when your main blog page no longer has the counters/points bar at the top of each article. It really only affects you if you are in this state and want to edit custom links or site administrators. There are two 'fixes' for this state. Close all but one browser window (of all the JU windows, if this is even the case) and wait two to five minutes and refresh. That usually clears it up, but you have to wait. The other way is to log out and log back in. That's the quicker way. But, I have noticed that if I have multiple JU pages open and try this, it will often show me the points bar but as soon as I click on My Account, I am right back where I was. So, either way, you may have to go down to one JU window. Lastly, it does happen even if you are browsing JU in only one window. Again, either wait and refresh or log out/log in.
