Hair of the dog being the obvious one......

J & B, for only the finest in rare distilled hangovers. (blended hangover, not single malt) Ouchie. Drank way too much last night. (see previous night's article).

What's your favorite hangover cure?

I'm trying ibuprofen, lots of water, and a hot bath. Hair of the dog is out right now, it'd probably cause major hurlage, plus I finished the bottle anyways. w00t.

Yours in mild agony,

nbs

Gatorade has always been my fave. But for best results you have to drink it at the end of the night just before going to bed. If you're so drunk at this point that you'll hurl it up then father time is your only bet!

What I do is set aside a small sandwich and bottle of gatorade. At the end of the night, consume both, pop an advil and go to bed. Makes the morning a little better....

Frozen peas on the head, aspirin and a vitamin.  If I eat anything, maybe a broth based soup.  Something very plain.  Good luck.  "Why is everything SO LOUD? I NEED quiet".

I learned this from kingbee, LOL.

Ibuprophen and fruit.

Does it have to be frozen peas?

Me too. Preferably drink before bed after eating something very sweet like a candy bar or pure honey and then popping a couple-three ibuprofens. Try to drink as much water between alcoholic drinks too during drinking session too if you can. And! (Gah! Listen to me!) the next morning after you've been up for awhile go out and get you the biggest damn Coca-cola you can buy -hell's bells get two of 'em. Nothing like a COLD ON ICE Coca-cola the next day!

LOL, but don't drink a milkshake! That's a hangover DON'T!

Absolutely, don't even try a different frozen vegetable.  Peas have a miraculous curative power - lol.

I can't find peas on earth. I took ibuprofen, (that it was the only pain killer I didn't have to get out of bed for didn't hurt) and oddly enough, bananas, and it worked a treat. Then I bought new seatbelts for the Mustang. Whee!

There really is no cure but the worst thing you can do is lay around, that can make you feel off for a second day. If I go out Friday and then lay around Saturday, Sunday I still feel off. Go to work, and if your off get out and sweat, no matter how bad you feel.

Suffer, and lots of fluids.    I think that coffee and water before bed helps the next morning. Never tylenol until the next day, (our liver already hurts)

I've found the best cure for a hangover.  Quit drinking.  It's safe, effective and it's a genuine cure.  Doesn't even cost an arm and a leg .. or a liver a stomach a brain.  But... it's a personal choice.  So enjoy your hangovers.  May your head throb, stomach turn and your liver burn.  lol Cheers.

fried rice before bed. Something with plenty of msg is what you're aiming for, it'll make you thirsty enough to drink plenty of water too.
But basically the rice gives the alcohol something to savage so your guts get a few hours of peace.
You'll wake up with a strong need to embrace the porcelain, but you won't have a headache.
Your local dodgy Asian all-nighter can fix you up.
